Our recycling lines are optimized for processing light and not floatable materials. Our special screw design makes it possible to process extremely light materials without pre-compacting and without termal pre-treatment. Due to this reason no thermal and oxidative preloading of the feedings takes place - e. g. via agglomerators or pre-compacting units - recognizably in our quality of pellets.
Our modular developed systems will be arranged according to the respective application. The product range covers standard systems with throughputs from 50 kg/h up to more than 1.800 kg/h for all thermoplastics for example:
