Pelletizing of thermoplastic Polyurethan without damaging the material structure, no problem with our pelletizing lines.

A trial on our laboratory line with extremely shear stress sensitive T-PU non woven has convinced our customer immediately from our technology. In opposite to our competition we have been able to recycle this material without any measurable material degradation. So our customer was able to realize his target of 30% reclaim ration in his production. He is very lucky about this situation especially because he wasn’t able to use the material from our competition in his production.

This result shows again the benefits of our extruder concept, which allows a material feeding without material damaging pre-densification units or cutter compactors.
